The next few posts will be dedicated to what I feel
are "Signs of Spring" and there are many
varied and sundry signs out there.
I went shopping at my local Walmart last week end and
what to my wondering eyes should appear but some
'daddies' selling Girlscout cookies.
I discreetly took the picture and many 'captions' were
running through my mind as I looked at this scene.
Can you think of any? Mine was:
Which Big Daddy is a Girlscout?

Any sign of spring is welcome and cookies are great anytime of year.

Wow. Don't think I could say "no" to a big guy with a tattoo, cigarette, and a chain hanging from his jeans if he asked me to buy Girl Scout cookies. I'll take the Thin Mints, please ... and keep the change! Priceless photo! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the "Signs of Spring" theme! I'll be looking forward to more posts! :)
ReplyDeleteHmmm......hmmmmm......I hope the daughter of the guy on the left doesn't adhere to HIS dress code! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteThat's the funniest "sign of spring" post I have seen! I'm still laughing so hard I can't think of a clever caption of my own for this photo!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like those two guys are negotiating. Tattoo man is saying Buy 3 more if you like your hubcaps the way they are.
ReplyDeleteI saw the picture on Sandy's side bar and had to stop over.
You just reminded me I have two more boxes left of the peanut butter ones...
ReplyDeleteBet they sell every box.. twice!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your other signs of spring...good theme idea!!
